Still Having Fun in Walt Disney World

After our cruise, we came back to the Walt Disney World resort for more fun. The whole Sneed clan came with us, and we had a great time with them. We went to Muppetvision 3D, and while Hannah liked the show, she didn't think too highly of the "stylish" 3D glasses.

Hannah was mesmerized by the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights. Imagine the most amazing display of Christmas lights you've ever seen...multiply that by 100, make the lights dance to music, and you've got the Osborne lights. They are amazing, and Hannah absolutely loved them. We can't wait to bring her back in December!

We ate at the Sci-Fi Drive-in, and Hannah liked seeing all of the lights of the cars (everyone sits in parked cars in front of a huge drive-in theater screen.)

The rest of the family left to go home yesterday, and Joni, Hannah and I are ready to be home, too. Today was VERY wet and stormy, but we are looking forward to one last full day, tomorrow, at the Magic Kingdom.
We have to go home soon...we're coming back in December with my family, for Christmas. If for no other reason, we have to go home to do laundry!

Disney Cruise Pictures #2 - Miss Attitude

Hannah has lots of smiles, but she is also full of attitude, which I think she gets from her mother! (j/k) She was not to be disturbed on our verandah deck on this morning, but mom had to have a picture.

Hannah lets mom know that she did not care for this picture either.

On Pirate night, mom put a bandana on Hannah to dress her in the theme...she wasn't a fan because it covered up her pretty bow.

We sat her in her own "big girl" chair and she thought she was hot stuff.

We are still having a great time in Walt Disney World. More pics to come!

Disney Cruise Pictures #1 - Chillin'

We've returned from our Disney cruise, and our favorite photo subject, Hannah, provided some wonderful shots for us to share.

The food was wonderful on the cruise, but Hannah insisted on staying with her old favorite, the plastic, vibrating corn.

She loved exploring the ship with Aunt Jamie.

While we were sitting on Castaway Cay, Hannah told us that we shouldn't be hanging around because there was a whole island to explore!

But later, she decided that kicking back and relaxing was the best way to enjoy the island.

More pictures to come, but for now, we're all worn out from traveling back to Walt Disney World for the rest of our vacation.

Relaxing in Walt Disney World

Today, we ventured to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Upon arrival, Daddy and Uncle Jonathan wanted to ride the Tower of Terror, so Momma and Hannah waited outside the ride. Hannah felt the need to say a prayer after she saw Daddy leave to go on the scary ride.

We had a blast of a day, but Hannah was truly the relaxed one of the group. She fell asleep whenever and wherever she got the chance...in Uncle Jonathan's arms:

And in her stroller...

So, the problem with all that relaxation? Well, here we are at 9:45PM (WAY past her bedtime)...she thought it was playtime after all that napping!

We are having a wonderful time, and are going to Epcot, tomorrow. We're planning on hitting the rides and taking Hannah to see characters as we haven't really done that yet. Tomorrow will be an early evening as we'll need to re-pack for our Disney Cruise. See ya tomorrow, Mickey!

Hannah's 2nd Trip to Walt Disney World

Yesterday morning, Hannah, Joni, Jonathan (Joni's brother) and I took off for the Happiest Place on Earth, Walt Disney World. While no one that I know of enjoys the actual flight, Hannah seems to be quite at ease with all of this flying stuff!

We took a bus ride from the airport to our resort, and Hannah thought that not having to ride in a car seat made the trip extra special...

Today, we went to the Magic Kingdom and rode lots of rides. Hannah was so excited that she skipped her morning nap (and then fell asleep on Haunted Mansion...this child can sleep anywhere). She has been a real trooper, though, and loves looking at all there is to see here in Disney World. On our way out of the park, we saw Chip, and he and Hannah played Peek-a-Boo.

The one thing we didn't expect was this strange cold weather for the state of Florida. 50 degrees can be quite cool with the wind, but Hannah is well prepared.

We're having a great time, and will be on our way to Hollywood Studios, tomorrow. I think Daddy and Uncle Jonathan are looking forward to Rock'n'Rollercoaster. Hannah? Well, she's just looking to take more fur off of Sully (from Monsters Inc) like she did last time.

We head to Florida on Wednesday for our Walt Disney World trip and our Disney cruise! Hannah is so excited to see Mickey Mouse again that she wanted to "help" me pack.

8 Months (and 5 days) Old!

Hannah and I shared a "birth"day last week. She turned eight months old on the same day that turned 28. It is hard to believe that she is already this old! She is crawling all around the house chasing after Radar, Mom and Dad. She loves to bat her balls across the floor and chase after them! Hannah has started pulling up and can even "cruise" a few steps holding on to the couch or coffee table.

These are just some fun pictures from today! I got some new accessories for my camera for my birthday. I think my favorite is a telephoto lens so I can get closer shots without being seen! The moment she sees the camera, Hannah crawls to me, making it sometimes impossible to get good pictures!
Chet and his dad are heading to Jackson, Mississippi to speak to the Mississippi Head Start Program. They are stopping at two churches on Sunday along the way to do their presentation. Hannah and I are staying behind this time to pack and get ready for our Walt Disney World trip and Disney cruise. Chet comes home late Monday night and we fly out Wednesday morning. We are traveling with my family for this trip and will be gone for two weeks! We probably won't be able to blog as often as we did last time but we'll try to post a few pictures as we can! Hannah can't wait to go see Mickey Mouse again!

Hannah and Radar Play Ball

(She is laughing the whole time, even though it sometimes sounds like a cry!)

Mama's Little Helper

Hannah has started pulling up! She pulled herself up a few days ago on my laundry basket to "help" with the laundry. She also likes to pull herself up on the coffee table to get to the remote controls. I think we are in trouble because she laughs whenever she sees the satelite TV remote! One of these days, we will come in and she will have figured out how to purchase pay-per-view movies. We drove in late last night from Shreveport, Louisiana, where Chet and his dad spoke to two different churches yesterday. Check out Chet's blog to read more about the presentations.
