Best Birthday Celebration Ever!

We've had quite a day! We spent the day in Epcot where we found Nemo, listened to the Voices of Liberty, played with Mickey and friends (3 times!), went on a special mission in the World Showcase and celebrated Hannah's birthday.

Hannah loves watching the fish swim by!

Watching the fountain and the ducks after listening to Voices of Liberty.
Hannah won't turn one until next week, but we couldn't resist celebrating in Disney World with Mickey Mouse! We had dinner at the Garden Grill where you get to eat with Mickey, Pluto, Chip and Dale all dressed in the overalls. Of course, Hannah was dressed to match in her overalls!
Hannah loves Mickey Mouse! The restaurant is a circle that rotates slowly. She learned which direction that the characters were coming from and would wait for the next one to appear around the corner. As soon as they did, Hannah would laugh and start clapping!

Hannah and Chip... she has started reaching out to give them hugs.
Hannah and Dale
Hannah tried to share her food with Pluto like she does with Radar.
Our server brought Hannah her first cupcake. Dale and everyone around us sang "Happy Birthday" and presented Hannah with a birthday card signed by Mickey and the gang. She was so excited to get her cupcake that I couldn't get a picture fast enough without her hand in the shot!
As you can see, she didn't like it at all! :)
The cupcake was gone after just a few moments.

Of course, most of it was on her and on the floor!

The Bahamian Baby

We've made it back to Disney World! We got off the Disney Wonder early this morning after four wonderful days. Hannah had a great time on her second Disney cruise. She was the star of this ship. Almost every cast member we passed had to stop and talk to our girl. Some even remembered her from when we cruised in November. Our server from that cruise even noticed that she had more hair this time. Of course, Hannah isn't shy at all and loved every bit of the attention, showing off to anyone who would watch.

Hannah is walking now! Here she is walking the promenade during sailaway.
We'll upload videos once we get home.

Trying to find the perfect seat for sail away.

Checking out the sites of Nassau.
Hannah loved the Splash Park! Hannah loves Mickey and Minnie Mouse. She liked seeing the other characters, too, but always got extra excited when she got to see them. By the end of the cruise, she learned where Mickey and Minnie came out to greet guests and would get so excited just by walking into the atrium.

You never know who you might meet up with when you are strolling the decks of the Disney Wonder. Hannah had a chat with Snow White and received a kiss from Aladdin!

"Daisy, I can't believe you just said that!" (Hannah seemed to say.)

Our little ham on the ride back to WDW this morning.

Our Little Pirate Heads to the Caribbean

We head out tomorrow for our Disney cruise and a few days in Disney World.  We are so excited and can't wait to get away!  We'll post pictures as we can once we get back to Florida next week.

Hannah's First Trip to...

Hannah made her first trip to IKEA today, the first of many!  They were having a one day sale today on the dresser that matches our bed so we braved the crowds and the ridiculously long line to buy two dressers for the price of one.  Despite the crowds, we had a great time!

Hannah was just in awe of everything.  She couldn't decide what to look at!
We got her this little red table with two matching chairs for her birthday.

An IKEA tradition: Swedish Meatballs for lunch, even Hannah had some!

Shopping is hard work!

Minnie Mouse and Chocolate

One of my favorite dresses when Hannah was first born was this sweet blue Minnie Mouse dress.  So I was so excited when we walked into the Disney Store the other day and they had the same styles out again this year for spring.  I thought it would be fun to go back and look at how much she has changed since she wore this dress before.

We are heading to Longview tomorrow for Chet to speak to at the Alpine Church of Christ's Chocoholicfest!  This is an annual event that occurs around Valentine's Day.  Chet will be speaking on his love story with God and our family (and I will be eating lots of chocolate!)
Check out his site later this week for details! (www.ChetMcDoniel.com)

11 Months Old!

Playing in her new tent

Hannah decided she needed to check out our new Wii Fit!
She is now standing up on her own without the help of any furniture or anyone
and is able to stay there for a few seconds.
